New Girls PLAY FAST League

HardCor Lacrosse is thrilled to announce the commencement of a girls 4 v 4 PLAY FAST outdoor field lacrosse league.  We will be offering play in U9, U11 & U13 divisions.  The PLAY FAST league will encompass 30 minutes of pre-competition skills and drills followed by 4 v 4 team play which promotes precision passwork, groundball work and shooting accuracy.  Off-ball work will include field awareness, positioning and unselfish play.
