REFUND POLICY

Hardcor Lacrosse – Policy & Refund Statement
General Policy

Hardcor Lacrosse is not responsible for any funds raised through sponsorships or team fundraising efforts.
Refund requests related to these funds will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Policy Scope

This policy applies to all registration fees paid to Hardcor Lacrosse, including:

  • The Lab

  • Specialty clinics and camps offered by Hardcor Lacrosse


Purpose

To provide a fair and transparent timeline for participant withdrawal, while protecting the financial integrity of Hardcor Lacrosse programming.


Refund Policy
1. How to Request a Refund
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

    • Troy Cordingley

    • Brock Boyle

  • Processing time: Up to 6 weeks from date of approval.


2. Deposit Refunds
  • 100% refund: Request received 4 weeks or more before the program start date.

  • 50% refund: Request received between 4 weeks and 2 weeks (less a day) before the start date.

  • No refund: Request received less than 2 weeks before the program begins.


3. Full Program Fee Refunds
  • 100% refund: Request made 4 weeks or more before the program start date.

  • 90% refund: Request made between 4 weeks and 2 weeks (less a day) before the start date.

  • No refund: Request made less than 2 weeks before the program begins.


Refund Exceptions

Partial refunds may be considered if requested at least 2 weeks before the program start date, under the following conditions:

  • Medical Withdrawal

    • Must provide a doctor’s note.

  • Relocation

    • Family has moved to another province or country.

    • Proof of transfer is required.


Important Notice

Once a program or season has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Requests due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as outlined above.
